The eighth annual Northeast Media Literacy Conference, was held at the University of Connecticut on March 26, 2010. Keynote speakers were Dr. Susan Linn, author, and Director of the Campaign for a Commercial-Free Childhood, and Frank Baker, media literacy leader and creator of the online resource, the Media Literacy Clearinghouse.
